This player uses the same virtualization core like the VMware workstation, even though the workstation is not free and has more features than the Player. VMware Player is available for non-commercial use and can be seen as free.

Download winrar then install it. Right click on macOS 10.12 Sierra.rar, Select “Extract Here”
Open Patch Tool folder then right click on win-install.cmd file, Select “Run as Administrator”
Open VMware Player or Workstation then select “Create new virtual mahine”,
Guest OS: Apple Mac OS X
Version: Mac OS X 10.11 or 10.12
Name and New Virtual Machine Disk:
Click “Edit Virtual Machine Setting”, select “Hard Disk (SATA) 40 GB” then click “Remove”
Click Add – Hard Disk – SATA, Click “Use an Existing Virtual Disk”
Browse to download Image location C:\..\macOS Sierra.vmdk file then click Open
You can set up Ram with 2.56 to 4 GB and your processor is 2 to 4 core:
Open Your Virtual Machine Folder “C:\Users\your user\Documents\Virtual Machines”. Right click on VMX file then select Open with “Notepad”.
Copy then Paste this code: smc.version = "0"
Mount VM Tool.iso to VMware Player. Click Player – Removable Devices – CD/DVD – Setting…
